"I didn’t know how much I needed the MSH program when I first discussed it with Marcia over coffee. She says I knew, she could see it in my eyes. But I didn’t realize it yet. I told her I wanted to do it because “it’s time”. Time for me to do something for me. I honestly didn’t think it would go anywhere, but I signed up and started the work. I’ll admit that first session was hard! Besides the work of peeling back the layers, I was dealing with a devastating personal loss. But I stuck to it. Then I signed up for the Shift Express plan. My journey continued as I peeled back more layers, slowly uncovering pieces of myself I barely knew. A second round of Shift Express and the layers keep coming off.
